I got 78.16 percentile in cat 2018and NC -obc category will I get seat in any iim?

You are eligible for many IIM's considering you have cleared the sectional cutoff for the IIM. Each IIM have different overall cutoff and sectional cutoff which you can refer in the following link:

Getting a seat depends on your performance in GDPI also as they carry a significant percentage in the final selection.
