Hello.
The rankings haven't been released by NTA yet, they will be releasing the list after the completion of the exam in April. You could use this formula to predict your current rank:
JEE Main 2019 rank (probable) = (100- NTA percentile score ) X 874469 /100
You may get into NITs with your category rank which may change as only the best of the two scores will be considered for the rankings.
Refer the previous year cutoffs using this link:

Good luck!
.
You may get nit but it is difficult to predict the college because the official results are released after the second jEE mains exam is conducted.
.
You have to wait for the jEE mains official results which were released on the month of April by national testing agency NTA officially.
.
I will provide the formula to predict the rank by your percentile:
Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 874469 /100.
.
Based on rank the cutoff for college is decided.
Once compare the rank with the top Nits previous years cutoff then you will get an idea about the cutoff:

If you have any questions further let me know.
Thank you!!!!
.
My suggestion for you is give attempt to April exam .if you get 90+ percentile score you will definitely get top nit Colleges.
