I got 78344 in TS EAMCET 2019.Can I get seat in computer science engineering or IT engineering in Stanley or other engineering colleges

However you can try for various other engineering colleges accepting TS EAMCET such as Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology, Malla Reddy College of Engineering Technology, JNTU College of Engineering and CVR college of engineering.

Dhruva institute of engineering and technology
ISL engineering college, Hyderabad
Netaji institute of engineering and technology, Hyderabad
Mahatma Gandhi institute of engineering and technology, Hyderabad
Mother Teresa institute of engineering and technology, Karimnagar

You might will get Stanley college of engineering and technology.
But you have less chance that you will get CS or IT branch there.
Try for the electrical branch there.
You may get another private colleges .
