Hi there!!! Based on your percentile in jee mains you will probably not get a seat in good government colleges through josaa counselling since your score is not good enough. You should try for other colleges through different entrance exams or go for private colleges. As far as studying in north is concerned, there is nothing wrong in studying there. Please don't be in a prejudice regarding education in north India.
