I got 79 in 10th 96 in 12. 85 in b.com (no work experience) General category . Can I get admission to top b schools If i score high in entrance exams. Pls tell which b schools should I target

Hope you are doing good. I think you have good marks in your academics with marks 80% almost everywhere. But for the admission in top B schools you need to perform well in the entrance exam as well as in the interview
