First of all Congratulation Nishu for clearing 12th class with such good grades but unforntunately you are not eligible for the IISER as there admission criteria suggest that you shuld have minimum 86.2% (general category). With that much of percentage you can get admission in IISER if you belong to ST caste.

To get admission in IISER,  which is one of the best Institutes of India,  you have to get a good rank in JEE advanced and 79% in class 12 won't cause you any issue in the admission in IISER,  what matters for your admission in IISER is your PCM marks because the criteria in many colleges for admission through JEE advanced is 75% in PCM.
