Yes , you can get seat in bsc agricultural with 79 marks in Kcet 2021. You can visit previous year cutoffs for knowing which colleges you can apply to. Your rank may vary between 4500 to 5000 depending on complexity of exam.

If you want to go for BSc Agriculture and if you have Agriculture quota then it will be an added advantage for you. In top colleges BSc Agriculture seats usually get filled with a rank around 1000-2000 in first round of councelling. For other colleges the seats get filled with a rank around 3000. So you have likely chances to get BSc Agriculture seat in good colleges but you will have to wait for further rounds of councelling if you don't get BSc Agriculture seat in first round.
