I got 79 percentile in jee paper 2 and 77percentage in boards Am i eligible to get any government ??

Ofcourse you are eligible but chances of getting in govt colleges are very low. To enter the the safezone you should have more than 90 percentile in jee. If you have any category quota, you could get better colleges. I would prefer to search other private colleges as well accepting your mark.
