Hello aspirant,
You are not going to get admission in any IIIT in 79%ile through general category. You should focus on April Attempt and try to score a minimum of 98%ile to be in the secure zone.

Its hardly possible to get into iits with that percentile, and you also need to mention which stream you are interested so that we can provide more information regarding,
dont lose hope and try to score well in April EXAM

Hello Candidate,
With your mentioned percentile your general category rank will be around 1.8 lakh.
Though NTA have not officially declared any cut off lists yet but according to previous years data your chances of getting IIITs are negligible.
The closing rank for IITs are usually around 26k-27k.
You might get top private colleges with that rank.
