i got 79.095.... percentile and my GEN - EWS rank is 25649. Will I get CSE at any NIT ??

So at 79 percentile it is not going to be easy to get CSE in any NIT, you can try in some of north-eastern NITs, but honestly getting CSE without home state quota there too will be highly unlikely.
