You rank of 79,000 is a Qualifying rank in TSEAMCET, But the seats will be filled mean while seats will be filled till your chance come.
Mostly you don't get CSE anyway wait till the counselling.

It's too hard to get CSE with this rank in any decent college. So you better go with any private colleges
