As per records and your rank, you have tough chances to get admission in any of NITs including Trichy, Warangal and Tadepalligudem, even if you are SC candidate. Although there is a very slight possibility for you to get chance in B.Tech in Production Engineering (2019 Cutoff - 200763) and Civil Engineering (2019 Cutoff - 226100 ) at NIT Trichy .
