If you are eligible for getting fees reimbursement then you can avail fees reimbursement. As your TS EAMCET Rank is below 10,000 you can get full fees reimbursement if you meet eligibility criteria. But your parent income should be within the prescribed limit and they should not be Goverment employees.

If you are Telangana student and want to study in Andhra Pradesh and want to get fee reimbursement then you can get if you are eligible for it. You need to apply for Scholarship and Telangana State Government will approve reimbursement request if you are eligible and submit relevant documents.
