i got 7lakh in AIR category rank is 310000.can i get bams seat in Karnataka?

It's tough , but still.
You can try state counselling to find a government or semi-government or private college in bams, but I would suggest you to even try Dental, so that you get a relief and even Vet.
You can try College predictor to know the your chances in specific college according to your rank and caste
