As you have got 7 lakh rank in JEE mains, with this rank it is not possible to get a NIT or IIT, Or even a state level goverment college.Because it is not under the required rank to get admission in these college. But if you are interested in private university or college you can apply for that,you can get a good college on the basis of your rank or on the basis of entrance exam conducted by that college or university.
