It totally depends on the college you select, it'll be hard for you to get a college in North Campus whereas you'll easily get one in South Campus. Then, it depends on your caste whether you're ST/SC, OBC, Kashmiri or Sikh Minority, by that you'll you'll get an extra few percentage. Please check accordingly the colleges in South Campus and wait for a cutoff that matches your percentage.

Hello, I have already answered the first and second parts of the question earlier.
When it comes to evening colleges, only a few colleges provide it. For example, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College (Evening) and Aurobindo College (Evening) have provided it over the years.
The admission process is similar to that of any other college (morning or evening) during admission process. The cutoffs are released along with other cutoff by other colleges.
Classes start at around 2 pm, and go on till 5-6 pm.
