I got 80 marks and rank 2814 and i am from extgl quota so can i get civil branch in aec or jec ?

To get seat in civil branch in aec your marks is insufficient but there is a slight chances to get seat in jec. I am giving my review by see last year opening and closing cut off rank for these colleges. If you want to know exact situation in which college can I get seat then go through the following link,
