I got 80 marks in neet, can I admission BHMS

This is not the qualify score so it is tough to get admission in Government & private colleges even but you can contact to the private colleges if they allow you to take the admission with this score.

i am sorry to say you have very low score in NEET its next to impossible to get BHMS . atleast you should have 120+ to get BHMS , kindly try once again
