Hello Devdhra,
Through some online sources, I got to know the minimum marks {for BAMS/BHMS} category wise-
General- 378
OBC- 312
SC- 278
ST- 268
Though this information is not official, I hope it helps you by giving you a brief idea about the cut-offs.
SO to be honest your marks are too low to get admission.

Although chances are negligible, you may try. However, I advise you to work hard and try for a better score next year, or consider other career choices.
