i got 80 percentile and i belong to sc category can i get any government college

Well with your JEE Main percentile you can get government colleges. To get colleges like NITs,IIITs,GFTIs you have to first clear the required cutoff according to your category. For SC candidate the 2019 JEE Main cutoff was 54.01 percentile, where you got  80 perecntile. So you are JEE Main qualified and eligible to get a good college. Now for admission into NITs,IIITs or GFTIs you have to go through JoSAA counselling process. You may be able to get seats in the first few rounds of JoSAA. If by any chance you don't get a seat through JoSAA, then you can apply for CSAB counselling through which you will be able to get a seat in NITs,IIITs,GFTIs,SFTIs. CSAB counselling will start after JoSAA counselling is over.

On the other hand, if you want seat in other government colleges that accept JEE Main score but doesn't participate in JoSAA , for those colleges you have to attend their respective counselling session.
