I got 80 percentile in jan jee session and belong to ST category what will be my "category rank" and can I get admission in SVNIT as belong to home state quote or MNIT or any other NIT.

Hello,
It is quite difficult to predict the rank because every year the cutoff changes depending on various factors such as no of students, difficulty level of exams and so on. However, considering previous years cutoffs to get admission in to SVNIT you have to get a rank under 4000. There are limited seats in every branches. For CSE, chemical engineering there are only 103 seats. For other branches it has 105 seats and for mechanical its 200 aprrox. So the competition is really high. It totally depends on the cutoff.
