Sorry but you cannot get a seat in NIT with your percentile. Your rank is approximately in the range of 2-3 lacs. So it is highly unlikely to get a seat in NIT in open category. You'll get a seat in many good government colleges with your rank I guess.
You can check your rank in rank predictor.

Hope this helps!
I regret to inform you that with such a low score its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits .
As Nit and iiits are one of the most sought after college in india so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission into the college.
Atleast one should get decent cutoff score to be eligible for applying in nit .
Either you can take part in any other councelling process or you can even take a year drop for jee 2020.
Hope it helps !!!
I am sorry to tell you that you won't be able to get any NIT since you have not qualified the cutoff for JEE Main and thus you cannot sit for the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSSA) counseling until and unless you are from a reserved category .
Hope it helps and all the best for your future endeavors.
