Dear aspirant,
Considering the previous year cut offs if you are from ews category then you have chances to clear the cut offs but in this percentile you won't be able to get any college through JEE mains as the percentile is too low.
For getting a good nit like Jamshedpur, durgapur, Silchar, allahabad, rourkela, Calicut you need to score atleast 96+ to get the lowest branch atleast.

See if you are asking for JEE-Main 2022 then at this moment of time it would be very difficult to guide you with such information as it is yet to be conducted.
But if it is for JEE-Main and JEE-Advance 2021 then now it is clear that at what percentile the candidate is eligible for JEE-Advance 2021. As per the NTA, qualifying cut-offs goes like :-
==>> Common Rank List (CRL) - 87.8992241-100.0000000 Percentile
==>> GEN-EWS - 66.2214845-87.8950071 Percentile
==>> Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) - 68.0234447-87.8950071 Percentile
==>> Scheduled Caste (SC) - 46.8825338-87.8950071 Percentile
==>> Scheduled Tribe (ST) - 34.6728999 87.8474721 Percentile
==>> PwD - 0.0096375-87.8273359 Percentile
So with 80 percentile and EWS category you were qualified for JEE-Advance 2021.
