i got 80 percentile in JEE mains.can I get seat in nit and I belongs to sc category.

Hey,
With this percentile getting NITs is quite difficult if we look at the cutoff trends of last few years.
You can refer the link for last few year's cutoff for NITs.

However you have chances of getting colleges like:
  • IIIT DELHI (In later rounds)
  • Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology (GTBIT)
  • University Institute of Engineering & Technology (UIET)
  • Netaji Subhas University of Technology, Delhi
  • Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra
  • GGSIPU, Delhi
  • NIFTEM, Sonepat
