You have not mentioned which category you belong to, which is an important deciding factor. Also, With 80 percentile, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government colleges of your category is general when comparing the results of previous years. No you can't get a decent college like NIT OR SPAs in this range of percentile as your rank is above 25k and almost all NITs or SPAs close under 2000 for general category.

In my view 80 percentile is the big rank and it is nearly impossible to get admission into good colleges

As per your percentile your expected rank will be around 200000. As the seats for architecture are much more lesser than that of BTech, thus it becomes almost impossible to get a seat with this rank in a government college. If you have given other exams of architecture like nata then you may get some other college. But colleges that accept JEE main paper 2 results , there it's not possible to get in.
