It is difficult to get nit Colleges with this percentile score better to improve your percentile score by giving attempt to April jEE mains exam. You should get around 15000 to get top nits Colleges.
Use this formula to predict the rank:
Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 874469 /100.
Your expected rank is 174893 by using above formula
Your rank may differ from the official cutoff and results which were released on the month of April by national testing agency NTA officially.
You have to wait for the official results.if you want to compare with previous years cutoff of nits.you can go through the below link:

As per your question its hard to tell which college u can get into.
As by seeing your scores I.e., 80 percentile scored in JEE main and that to under OBC category.there is a possibility of getting NITs for u.
