To get admission in any of the NITs, the minimum required percentile score is 98+%ile
However, the final cutoff percentile will be released later-after April exam and so you will have to wait for now.
Once the cutoff for Qualifying the JEE Mains is released- you'll get the idea for admission in different NITs.
As per your score, you have less chances for admission in any of the NITs.
So, you will have to go for any private institution or appear for the second attempt in April if you have a target for admission in NIT as the best of the two scores will be selected. Hope you're getting my point.!

Well, according to our website for candidates to qualify for admissions for nit's they should have at least secured 75% in class 12 exam or be in the top 20 percentile in class 12 exam as conducted by your respective boards.
For SC/st category the criteria is 65% in class 12 exam.
