Sorry, but the opening and closing ranks for IEM Kolkata for admission via JEE Mains are around 7,900 to 40,000. You could prepare well and get into IEM by doing good in WBJEE. Also, IEM takes its own separate exam, do check their website. You can get admission via that. Otherwise, the option of admission through management quota is left.

Dear Poulomi as per your jee rank it is difficult to get admission in Iem Kolkata.You may prefer other colleges a/c to your rank.

The rank (806932) that you got in JEE Main 2019 is way too low for you to get into any engineering government colleges be it in Kolkata or anywhere else, keeping in mind you belong to the general category. So you are not eligible to take admission in IEM Kolkata based on your rank.
