I got 80.7 percentile in jee mains with sc category rank 11999. Will I get any iiit or gfti .

It's quite impossible to get any iiit, gfti through josaa counselling your rank because your rank is quite low to fetch you one.
But you can definitely try for some private or state colleges which take admission through Jee mains score.
Or you can take drop for an year and prepare for jee again.
