• As per the cutoff trend seen every year, the expected Cutoff rank for Computer Science Engineering at Vellore is under 6000.
• Computer Science Engineering with specialization in Information Security will be around 7,000.
• Computer Science Engineering with specialization in Bioinformatics will be around 10,000.
• Information Technology under 12,000.

So you can definitely get a seat in the last two branches.
If not, you may try for VIT Chennai campus. You'll definitely get CSE there.
