The cut off marks are still not announced by the university yet ,so before that we can't be absolutely sure about this years cut off as they depend upon various factors like number of applicants fill the form, number of applicants finally appeared in the exam, number of questions asked in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, performance of the candidate, previous year's cut offs trends availability of seats in the institution. But you have scored very well in the exam as you got a good rank so I think you'll easily get CSE/IT/ECE with this rank. So wait for tomorrow's results and you all doubts will be over.
