You got 75%.yes u are eligible for IIT advanced.

Brother,CBSE only want 75% marks in boards exam in top 5 subjects including PCM.so,do not give improvement exam

To get admission in IITs, NITs & GFTIs you should have minimum 75% or you should be in top 20 percentile in class 12th. So you don't need to give improvement exam. To check the further eligibility you can go through with given below link.
