I got 81 marks in BITSAT 2018 , would I be able to get admission in BITS Goa campus for pursuing B.Tech course in computer science??

Sorry to say but NO. You won't even get any type of Course at Any of the campuses of BITS. You have scored very very low. You need to have a minimum score of 250 marks to get a seat in BITS.
