The Sastra University prepares its meritlist according to the following 2 criterias:
- 1st criteria:- It has 70% of seats. Candidates are given admission based on 25% weightage of JEE mains and 75% weightage(after normalisation) of class 12 board marks.

2nd
criteria:- Students are provided admission on the basis of class 12 board marks only. But it
has only 30% of seats. For this criteria, candidates are required to have 95 or
95+ for securing seat as competition is
tough.
