As per the various cutoffs released by National Testing Agency (NTA) with the results of JEE mains, the cutoff for Other Backward Castes is 74.3 percentile. Anyone securing 74.3 or more percentile from OBC category is eligible for JEE advanced. Since yours is 81, you are eligible for JEE advanced too.
