Eligibility for JEE ADVANCE depends upon the cut off the session.
Maximum score cut off for
General 120
OBC 90–100
SC 80 -90
ST 75–85
It's a approximate figure of marks not exact.
But u have to keep set in your mind u have to score 130+ minimum for fulfill the eligibility criteria, as per CSAB.
AND one thing most important u have to score more than 75% in your board exams to fulfill the eligibility criteria or
U are lying in between top 20 percentile of your respective board & school.
If u fulfill these criterias then u are selected for JEE ADVANCE EXAM.

There is nothing Percentage in your JEE mains result.It is Percentile (%ile).
If you have scored 81%ile then you are eligible for JEE advance .As the qualifying cut off is 74.3166557 for OBC.So you are qualified and you can appear in JEE advance.
The last date for registration of JEE Advance is 9th May.So you must complete this process at earliest.
