The MHT-CET or Common Entrance Test is an annual entrance exam conducted by the Government of Maharashtra. It is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education.

Now to answer your question, The minimum qualifying marks of 50% of the total marks (75 out of 100) in  MHT CET for computer science. if you score more than that you can enroll yourself for computer science course.

As per your percentile score your approximate rank would be around 29000. Palloti College of Engineering is a AICTE approved Institute and having a good record in placement and all. Getting this college in 1st round of counseling would be tough as cutoff here remains around 20,000 in first round of counseling for CSE. But in next 1 or 2 round you have a greater opportunity to get admission here in computer science branch.
