I got 81.84% in boards and 65 in CET can I get this college

Hello dear..
Depends on your definition of “a good college”.
If you belong to General Category then at least following colleges are difficult to get into
Coep, vjti, spce, spit, vit, MIT (now they have their own exam), pict, Abad govt and many more can't list them down all here. It also depends on your preference of branch. Kindly go to dte website to get previous year cutoffs you'll get an idea what all you can expect with that score.
