I got 82% in sc category . I'm from Andhra Pradesh .can I get seat at NIT Rourkela ?what is my category rank will be ?

To get a NIT seat in any of the 31NITs in India candidates have to appear in jee main examination and have to qualify this examination with atleast 85-90 percentile of marks .But as you are a SC category student , as you have got 81percentile of marks so there is chance for getting a New NITs like : NIT Agartala 2006 ,NIT Silchar,NIT Meghalaya -2010,NIT GOA-2010,NIT Arunachal - 2010
