I got 82 marks in ts eamcet 2k19.And my Ipe marks are 584/600.What will be my rank??And can I get admission in Vnr vjiet college in IT??

That was a great score made.
It's complicated to estimate the rank because allotment of rank will be based on the number of students attempted and the score of each individual student.
As per past results. Yes there are good chances that you will get seat in vnr vjiet so you can proceed to opt the stream and also make sure that you also opt CSE in the same college.
Because there is no difference in CSE &it syllabus.
