I will suggest you to go for whichever interests you more. However if you want to go for job immediately after Bachelor's and do not want to continue further studies, then BTech will be a better option. But if you are willing to go for Masters or PhD, then both BTech and BSc has equal scope.

It completely depends on the area of your interest, you can get job opportunities after completing bsc or Btech. But what matters is the difference between both of them and the field you are comfortable studying.
There are many options after 12 pcm, A student having PCM in 12th standard can pursue his further study in engineering & technology, pharmacy, architecture, law, management, fashion, textile, social work, library science and all art and humanities group fields.
