You have obtained 82 percentile in JEE Main and belong to SC category. NTA has released the rank list earlier and you would have seen yours. Now with such percentile and rank you can  get into NITs and IIITs but not the good and top ones because you have an advantage of belonging to SC category. So you can get seat in these reputed institution.
