I got 82 PR in JEE MAINS & My Category is SEBC and from Gujarat so can I get an IIIT or a nit?

According to your percentile your predicted ews category rank is between 25000-30000. Sorry to say but it is unlikely for you to get into any NIT or IIIT with this rank. For top colleges, the closing rank for the above mentioned category is generally around 5000-6000. You should aim for atleast 93+ percentile if you wish to appear again.
