Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general and with General category and such percentile it is quite difficult to get any good college like NITs/IIITs until and unless you belongs to any of the reserved category except EWS.
But you can try for private colleges discussed below or you can appear for state counselling for GFTIs and in some GFTIs you can get CSE branch.
