Hello aspirant,
Now being OBC candidate if you want to get seat in NIT through Other state quota then you should try to secure at least 90-92 percentile but if it is through Home state quota then you should target for 87-89 percentile.
With your percentile it is difficult to get seat in NITS or IITS.

With above rank, you have very low chances in NITs .

This has been predicted on the basis of past year data but cut off/closing rank for colleges keeps changing every year depending upon many factors like number of students that appeared in the examination, difficulty level of the JEE main question paper for different shifts etc
