i got 82percent in jee mains ...but i got 73percent in 12th ...and i belong to OBC caste ...is there any chance to get seat in NITs

On basis of your percentile there are less chances of getting into NITs but You also belong to OBC then you can try for some other branches too and it will be very helpful for you.
But I would also recommend you to check the colleges where you can get good branches.
