i got 83 %in 12th exam and 78 %in pcb and i am non delhi from obc catagory can i get admission in dipsar or disaru

Admission is based on merit obtained in qualifying exam and aggregate of three subjects are taken both Theory and Practicals of Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics/ Biology.
