I got 83% in intermediates i got 117 marks in neet from OBC ....is there se any chance to get free mbbs seat?

117 is a very low score.
Looking at your score you will definitely get a private college, but it really depends on the amount of money you are willing to pay
Talking about government college a score of 550+ would have kept you on the safer side,
