I got 83% in jee main 2019 sc category can i get any college?

It would be difficult to provide you the qualifying score or admission cutoff 2019 as JEE Main is being counducted twice by NTA for the first time. Based on this you might have the chance to get a seat NITs but chances are less to get the core branches.
