I got 83 marks out of 180 in comedk examination and i am from other state.... can i expect top 5 colleges???..

Hey Aspirant,
Firstly, it is quite difficult to predict your college on the basis of the marks that you have scored in the comedk exam. Now if we look at the last few years pattern you might get rank around 8500-10000. Now at this rank you will be able to get admission in any top of the colleges but you might not get CSE or any similar branch. So you can choose according to your preference and interests.
